How can I share a Google Form so others can copy, but not edit?

Google Forms are great, but one thing that makes them different to most Google Docs, is you can share them with others as 'view only', you can add others as collaborators, but that still allows them to edit your form, even if you've asked them not to! 

 
There is a way to allow others to make a copy of your form that they can edit, without being able to edit yours, here's how:
 
You can get around his with a little 'hack' - while in the edit view of your form:

Now copy the URL in the address bar, and change the end of the URL from /copy instead of /edit then whoever gets that should be able to work on a copy of your original form...
