Q. The Destiny library catalog is not letting me log in at East for the 2018-19 school year.
I am a teacher and cannot login to the circulation app to loan & return books or login to the catalog on my laptop. Can I fix it myself?
If you are unable to access your account it may be that your details have been updated over the break.
If this doesn't work you may have the ability to change your own password. If you have this function, change your password to your regular GAPPS password using the instructions below. If you don't see this function please drop by either library to reset your password. This should rectify any issues that you are having. The library apologises for any inconvenience
Step 1: The first step is to open Login and click Log in using Destiny
Step 2: Click Forgot password?
Step 3: Type your 3 letter GAPPS code in userName
Step 4: Click barcode
Step 5: Type your 3 letter GAPPS code in barcode
Step 6: Click buttonNext
Step 7: Select your birth date and click next
