Q. How to I remove students signed in to an iPad using Google SSO?

If you're using shared iPads, you will get to a point where no more students can sign in, because there is a maximum amount of students who can be signed in to Seesaw on one iPad using their Google account. 

 
The issue is actually a Google issue, not a Seesaw issue, so to solve it you need to do the following:
  1. Open up a Google App, eg GMail, or go to https://accounts.google.com/ in the browser.
  2. Is a user is signed in, sign them out, then you sign in with your Google account. 
  3. You should be taken to a list of all the saved Google logins
  4. Tap the "Remove" option and remove extra saved logins by tapping on the Xs
